David Latto is a songwriter based in Fife, Scotland. His reflective writing style and ear for strong melody combine to produce emotionally compelling indie folk. Landscape, people and the power of ordinary objects feature heavily in his work and are delivered in a honeyed voice likened to Gregory Alan Isakov. David has performed across the UK and Europe, including headline slots at Celtic Connections. He has been well supported by BBC Radio Scotland, Wales and Ulster with Ralph McLean describing David as a “brilliant songwriter”. His most recent record ‘Dream Logic’ is available now.
